This is a strategic growth role focused on building a strong sales pipeline and acquiring new customers in the Brisbane market. You’ll work closely with technical and delivery teams to provide solutions that meet client needs, advocate for the company’s services, and ultimately drive revenue growth. Your ability to prospect, qualify, and close opportunities—backed by consultative sales skills and technical understanding—will be key to success.Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through prospecting, networking and partner collaboration
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve gross profit (GP) targets
- Sell a portfolio of cloud infrastructure, modern workplace, cybersecurity, data & AI solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to scope, quote and present compelling commercial proposals
- Engage with senior stakeholders and translate technical value into business outcomes
- Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs and competitor activity
- Represent the organisation with professionalism and contribute to ongoing growth and innovation
- Demonstrated experience in IT sales, ideally with exposure to cloud, data, or AI solutions
- Consultative sales skills and experience building strategic relationships with decision-makers
- Commercial acumen and ability to write and present high-quality proposals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, or similar cloud/data platforms preferred
- Strong communication, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Confident engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
