• Work with experienced Partner, who is a key figure to the firm's Corporate & Commercial Practice.
• Advise high-profile clients, with exposure to many ASX-listed companies.
• Work on a top tier Corporate & Commercial matters, with a focus on M&A, capital markets, IPO's and high-level corporate advisory.
• Drafting and review advice, contracts and contracts and governance matters.

• Lawyer with 3-5 PQE, coming out of a reputable Corporate & Commercial practice.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Commercially minded, and confident in front of clients, capable of building trusted relationships
• Exceptional time management & organisational skills, in order to manage competing deadlines.
