
Regional Sales Manager/Technical Sales - Western Australia

- Planning your call cycle and client contact lists by evaluating your territory - leveraging your market knowledge and that within the business, you'll have access to good data and good people
- Ensuring you are reaching key influencers and decision makers that will help you build your desk and grow your business
- Working with your distributors to set sales objectives, train and recommend appropriate tactics for growth as well as keeping them informed of product promotion programs
- Keeping up to date on current market, product developments and technology in your space and pursuing areas for development and training that will drive your success
- Using your strong back of house support, such as the Technical Specialists and Customer Support teams, so you can focus more upon getting out in front of your customers
- Previous experience and demonstrated success managing a territory with a strong level of independence and autonomy, the ability to travel regionally occasionally (once or twice per quarter)
- A track record of success selling products with technical aspects (these products incorporate things like tailored measurements, colour matching, consideration of adhesives capabilities with materials and different environments) -you don't need to be the ultimate technical expert, but you need credibility in front of a customer
- To be a motivated sales professional who builds relationships with the right people and can influence, negotiate and close sales
- A combination of independence and team collaboration - the business knows that success comes from working together to get results

- Salary up to $110,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Vehicle + up to $10,000 performance bonus. Potentially negotiable depending upon experience - if you have questions, please reach out to me for a discussion
- Autonomy to run your territory, this role requires independence and initiative - you will be well supported by Head Office, but you are the 'boots on the ground in WA
- Ongoing product training and development - you'll have direct access to manufacturing and design staff to continue building your product knowledge and set you up for success
- Working with the full support of the Leadership and Executive teams to continue growing the WA division
- Potential pathway to Branch Manager position if that aligns with your goals - they are also happy to have a great sales contributor if you don't have the desire for running a branch in the future
