
Senior Customer Services Officer

- Providing timely and effective support services to customers and as part of the team.
- Research, prepare and delivery of responses for customer phone calls, emails and event enquiries related to projects and programs.
- Research and prepare internal correspondence and briefings, including ministerial, divisional and project teams.
- Participate on, and provide support to committees and working groups as required.
- Follow systems, policies and procedures to support the business and contribution for continuous improvement.
- Review, maintain, and improve content libraries to deliver customer support services including, call scripts, website content, and standard responses.
- Contribute to resource development and advisory services related to the department.
- Well developed ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of consumer-facing energy projects and programs in South Australia, or the ability to quickly acquire the knowledge
- Strong ability to research and analyse problems and deliver clear and concise recommendations
- Ability to set priorities to meet deadlines and identify performance outcomes
- Strong experience in spreadsheets, databases and word processing software
- Must have a current National Police Clearance or willing to obtain immediately
