- Respond to customer inquiries and manage service requests.
- Input and maintain data related to operations in relevant software systems.
- Assist in preparing reports on collection statistics and service performance.
- Process invoices and support accounts payable functions.
- Monitor and order office supplies and operational materials.
- Provide administrative support to management, including meeting coordination.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, specifically in a logistics or waste management environment (advantageous).
- Payroll experience (advantageous, not required)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
