Your Growth, Our Future.About the roleReporting to the Tyre & Wheel Assembly Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for stock picking (with a forklift), preparing and staging for the OE tyre fitting floor and for deliveries to original equipment truck and trailer manufacturers. You’ll also assist with inventory management, stocktakes, and loading/unloading of tyres & rims or unfinished assemblies to transport. This role includes tyre and rim fitment tasks and learning office processes and computer systems for invoicing and dispatch documentation.Key responsibilities include:

Accurately pick and stage stock for OE customer orders using a forklift.
Ensure all transportation invoices, delivery dockets and customer returns are accurate.
Assist with inventory checks, stock layout, and monthly stocktakes.
Perform tyre and rim fitments, including inflation and quality checks.
Load and prepare assemblies for delivery, ensuring accuracy and safety.
Support operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement.
Learn and apply office processes for order and dispatch documentation.
Relieve the TWA Supervisor during absence.
Promote and comply with Bridgestone’s safety standards and E8 Commitment.

About you:You’re a proactive individual who enjoys working in a team and takes pride in doing things right the first time. You’re eager to learn new skills and contribute to a safe and productive workplace.Qualifications & Experience

Good knowledge of warehousing and distribution procedures.
Current forklift operator’s certificate and driver’s licence are essential..
Experience in the tyre or automotive industry (desirable).
Tyre fitting experience (desirable but not essential).
Strong attention to detail and process-driven work ethic.
Effective communication and time management skills.
Ability to listen to and follow instructions and procedures and work well within a team and unsupervised.
Willingness to learn practical, procedural, and computer-based tasks.
Computer literacy essential; experience with SAP and Marlin desirable.
