- Driving day-to-day client management, including client work-in-progress updates, and fulfilling client requests.
- Driving project setup and the development of questionnaires.
- Analysing data and delivering meticulously crafted reports tailored to meet the client's business objectives.
- Leading presentations and facilitating discussions with key stakeholders.
- Providing support to seniors in planning and executing new business initiatives.
- 3-5 years of market research experience
- Possess exceptional problem-solving skills and an innate curiosity about understanding consumer behaviour.
- Proven track record of project delivery and leadership
- Strong skills in data analysis and storytelling
- Excellent client and account handling skills
