The pharmacy is equipped with a consult room and actively supports services such as vaccinations, wound care, compounding and other professional services.The team fosters development in areas of special interest, including women's health, diabetes, weight management, and mental health - with full backing from the owner through training and resources. You'll also have the unique chance to participate in the Victorian Community Pharmacist Statewide Pilot, contributing to the future of pharmacist-led prescribing.You'll be part of a well-staffed environment, working alongside 2-3 pharmacists on shift, 18 shop staff, and experienced dispensary technicians.Skills Required

General registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist..
2 years as a pharmacist in Australian community pharmacy
Strong communication and clinical service delivery skills
Interest in expanding your scope of practice through supported learning
Ability to work collaboratively within a busy, professional team

Salary & Benefits

Starting from $55/hour, negotiable based on experience
Flexible rostering within the shop hours (Mon-Fri 9am-8pm, Sat 9am-5pm, Sun & Public Holidays 10am-3pm)
Supportive environment with training opportunities in clinical services.
No methadone/ORT/CPOP; approx. 100 DAA packs, technician-packed and pharmacist-checked
Fred computer system; average script trade of 400 on weekdays
