This Partnership provides City Fertility with unique access to CHA and SMG's globally renowned medical, operational, and research & development expertise.Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:City Fertility is seeking an adaptable and effective communicator to join our Fertility Advice team to work as a Fertility Advice Coordinator, responding to enquiries from patients and assisting them in taking the next step in their fertility journey.Based at our head office in Newstead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience from their first interaction with our business is supportive, informative and transparent.
  • Act as the first point of contact for those enquiring about City Fertility
  • Processing a variety of enquiries from patients
  • Provide general information on the City Fertility consultation process
  • Assist with booking appointments
Qualifications & skills we value:We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:
  • A minimum of 2 years in the health industry or a call centre environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; working knowledge of a CRM is advantageous, but not essential
  • Basic to Intermediate understanding of Women's Health or Fertility; Experience in the field of ART (IVF) is advantageous
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, excellent phone manner
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making
  • Demonstrated excellent time management
