From front line R&D through to Sales, Marketing, and Service, they all share the same focus of creating the highest and most enjoyable experiences possible.Your Role:Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, WHS, learning and development, payroll and compliance.Some of your responsibilities will include:Maintaining accurate HR records and databases (HRIS)Supporting payroll processing and employee benefits administrationContributing to workplace health and safety initiativesAssisting in managing employee relations and conflict resolutionPreparing HR reports and analytics for managementCoordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, working with agencies as appropriateSupporting onboarding and induction of new employeesProviding advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislationAssisting with performance review coordination and documentationAssisting with Learning & Development activities (coordination of training programs)Assisting with employee engagement activities (recognition programs, engagement surveys etc).Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in a generalist HR roleStrong understanding of employment law and HR best practicesExperience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteTo APPLY: Please click 'APPLY" or email your resume toFeel free to contact Anna on 0426 588 244 if you have any questions.At Recruitment Edge we strive to create an environment that values and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
