It's not just about festivals, like Rock am Ring or sporting events - like Formula 1 or the Super Bowl - but also about guaranteeing all guests a thrilling experience.Come with us as Warehouse / Logistic Operator (m/f/d) on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will help facilitate communication between Project Management, Sales and the Warehouse to promote a healthy and efficient logistics process.
  • Organising, loading and unloading inventory in the warehouse
  • Packaging products for safe and secure transport to customers
  • Reviewing delivery notes and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Communicating between Sales, Project Management and the Warehouse.
  • Performing inventory counts
  • Liaise with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shients
  • Ensuring that distribution and shipment deadlines are met
  • Following existing processes and procedures
  • Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
  • Performing general duties as directed by the Warehouse & Logistics Manager
THAT'S YOU
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment highly favoured
  • Previous experience in an equipment rental or the events industry desirable
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Full proficiency in English, spoken and written
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills
  • Experience in, or the ability to quickly learn, business enterprise software systems
  • Australian Drivers Licence required
