- Provide guidance and advice to employees and managers on People topics, including policies, leave, remuneration, benefits, L&D, and employee relations
- Act as a local systems expert for Workday, Betterworks and 360 Learning, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting
- Coordinate and manage onboarding, offboarding, and other key employee lifecycle activities
- Review and maintain People policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with global standards
- Support the delivery of learning and development programs and engagement initiatives
- Manage visa and sponsorship processes, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Maintain relationships with external providers such as benefit vendors
- Contribute to People projects through reporting, insights and project ownership
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve People processes
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
- Experience in a HR/People role supporting operational activities and projects
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment law and HR practice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
