- Lead and inspire the Front Office team to maintain high service standards and a welcoming guest experience.
- Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to ensure team members thrive in their roles.
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a focus on timely, effective resolution.
- Encourage clear communication and teamwork across all departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and alignment with Accor’s values.
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and continued development of Front Office staff.
- Demonstrated front office supervisory or Duty Manager experience in a hotel or resort environment, with a passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect effortlessly with guests and team members.
- Clear and confident communicator, adept at resolving issues, negotiating outcomes, and fostering positive relationships.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS (highly regarded)
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
