ABB is seeking experienced Field Service to join its growing team. Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.
Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.

Qualifications for the role

Electrical Trade or Restricted Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect License (mandatory)
Electrical Engineering degree (preferred)
Experience with Medium and Low Voltage Drives
Skills in technical support, quality management, and sales practices
Familiarity with remote site work
Willingness to travel frequently
