ABB is seeking experienced Field Service to join its growing team.   • Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.
  • Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
  • Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
  • Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.
Qualifications for the role
  • Electrical Trade or Restricted Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect License (mandatory)
  • Electrical Engineering degree (preferred)
  • Experience with Medium and Low Voltage Drives
  • Skills in technical support, quality management, and sales practices
  • Familiarity with remote site work
  • Willingness to travel frequently
