We are seeking someone with the ability to lead shifts with positive energy and momentum. You would keep your team keen, vibrant, and eager as customers keep rolling in and the grills keep burning, ensuring a smile on the faces of all who enter our doors.Duties
  • Supervision and coaching of staff
  • Customer service
  • Overseeing daily operations
  • Ensuring staff and loyal customers enjoy their experience
  • Work with the Restaurant manager regarding Stock management
Skills and experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven experience running restaurants
  • Understanding of stock management and labour rostering
  • Ability to supervise staff and ensure a positive work environment
