- Individual Budget achievements while understanding & working towards delivering the overall business goals of team budget success
- Implement relevant skills and mentoring programs for Sales Coordinators and Account Executives
- Agree, promote and suggest weekly KPI's for the Sales Team
- Working closely with GSM to lead account initiatives and communication
- Find, develop, and manage key client partnerships across the designated territory.
- You will play an instrumental role in establishing a High-Performance working culture within the designated sales team
- Achieve Sales Quarterly Targets
- Minimum 2 + years' in an Account Manager position
- High confidence in demonstrating leadership traits
- Refined Negotiation skills
- High level of communication skills
- Working proactively within a team environment
- Experience working with global or large, national clients is advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in Management, Media or Advertising (preferred but not essential)
