- Ability to work a 24/7 rotational roster including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
- An unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence
- Confidence and capability in driving a variety of vehicles including manual and automatic
- Strong skills in coaching, training, supporting and team leadership
- Ability to anticipate the needs of guests & promptly handling any guest enquiries
- Strong multi-tasking, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Able to learn and think quickly and master parking systems and processes
- Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships across all areas (internal and external)
- Understanding of the Opera Hotel Property Management Systems advantageous
