As the Accommodation Disability Support Worker you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient services with a core focus on quality, flexibility, customised service designed for people living with a disability.Your Responsibility

Provide hands-on support in daily living, personal care, and community participation.
Foster independence and build confidence in those you support.
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver person-centred care.
Uphold the highest standards of care under NDIS guidelines.

You Will Need✔ Certificate III in Disabilities (or equivalent).
✔ Experience in person-centred disability support.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
