This company builds 150 homes across Melbourne and area and are steadily growing. Working in an experienced team and under the supervision of the Construction Manager, you will be overseeing up to 18 homes.Key Duties Include:
Supervise the build of 18 new homes in the northwest
Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads
Manage labour and trades both direct and sub contracted
Keep regularly, weekly contact with the client
Keep the company and customer up to date on progress and performance
Resolve any problems
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 4 years' experience in a foreman/supervisor/site manager role
A solid background within residential construction
Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally
Previous experience managing multiple sites
Previous experience working for a project home builder
Excellent communication and time management skills
Must have a valid driver's licence
