What will your typical day look like?We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with hands-on Java development experience and a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to join our consulting practice. This hybrid role bridges the gap between technical delivery and business requirements, focusing on the successful design, implementation, and support of high-performance, secure IAM systems.
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Java applications.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Write clean, well-designed, and efficient code using Java technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure applications comply with established security standards and regulations.

Our team thrives on innovation, agile methodologies and delivering impactful, scalable solutions that support security and digital transformation goals.Enough about us, let's talk about you.The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, along with deep experience in Identity and Access Management solutions preferably Oracle IAM solutions (e.g. Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle Access Management (OAM), Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), and Oracle Identity Management (OIM)).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical business analyst or software engineering role.
  • 3+ years of experience with Java development in enterprise environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain, preferably in consulting or complex environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
