- Quickly and efficiently respond to inbound calls
- Provide support to digital customers
- Understand customer needs, communicating a consistent value proposition
- Qualify prospect of conversion to sale
- Assist with pipeline allocation and management
- Identify and refer post sale queries for other departments
- Build relationships with support departments to ensure service excellence through the Novated customer journey
- Delivering on agreed KPI’s and inbound reporting framework
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in all systems
- Develop strong product and process knowledge
- Identify, analyse and provide insights on inbound service trends
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders around process improvements and efficiency gains
- Data entry for Novated Lease driver enquiries
- Manage receipt of all web leads to ensure accuracy
- Provide other administrative support as directed
- Champion continuous improvement projects
- Experience in a customer service position (preferably inbound service centre)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Novated Leasing experience desirable - not essential
