Join Liverpool Hospital Pharmacy Team as an ICU Specialist Pharmacist and become a vital part of a high-performing, multidisciplinary team delivering expert care to critically ill patients. The provision of specialist clinical Pharmacy services to the nominated clinical specialty area. Dispensary duties as required. Promotion of both safety and quality as key aspects of drug therapy. Liverpool Hospital, founded in 1813, is the major health service for south-western Sydney, providing services to the local government area of Liverpool City Council as well as district services to residents and visitors in the area. It also provides a range of state-wide services in areas such as critical care and trauma, neonatal intensive care and brain injury rehabilitation.The Hospital provides a health service of international standing, with 23 operating theatres, capacity for 877 beds, diagnostic and imaging services, emergency and trauma care, maternity, paediatric, cancer care, mental health, ambulatory care, allied health and medical and surgical services from birth to aged care.Liverpool Hospital is currently undergoing a major redevelopment. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered pharmacist working in hospital pharmacy AND EITHER: A minimum of 12 months experience working as a clinical pharmacist in in the nominated specialty area (or a similar specialty area) OR Relevant postgraduate qualifications and a minimum of 6 months experience in the nominated specialty area (or a similar specialty area).Describe your experience providing clinical pharmacy services in an intensive care or other high-acuity setting. How have you contributed to improving patient outcomes in this environment?How do you approach collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in critical care?
