Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Holds a current practicing certificate.
At least 3 years post-registration experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in supervising and mentoring less experienced staff.
