  • Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Holds a current practicing certificate.
  • At least 3 years post-registration experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring less experienced staff.
