Our client is a trusted provider of high-quality consumables to laboratories across a diverse range of industries using specialised analytical instrumentation. They are currently seeking a Chemistry Graduate to join their team in a Technical Sales & Administrative role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in analytical testing who is looking to transition from the lab into a dynamic, office-based position. You'll be supporting clients, managing product inquiries, and contributing to business development initiatives-all while building your commercial skill set.
Duties:
- Answering client questions via call and e-mail
- Provide quotations and generate invoices
- Dispatch customer orders and liaise with courier companies
- Become a technical expert on the companies product range
- Work closely with Sales and Technical team members
- Assist with end-of-month reporting and file management
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline
- Previous experience working in a Chemistry Laboratory is highly regarded
- Experience using ICP/ HPLC/ LCMS/ GCMS is beneficial to the role
- Previous experience is a customer facing role is highly regarded
- An excellent opportunity to work with a rapidly growing business

- Occasional interstate travel for trade shows
