- Establishing strong relationships with your existing customers to retain them, offer a broad range of consumables solutions, increase share of wallet, and maximise margins
- Developing and delivering customer solutions, focusing on a solution selling approach
- Prospecting and winning new business opportunities within your territory
- An established track record of developing and winning new business, building relationships and business with new customers
- Resilience, persistence and plenty of energy and passion
- Previous experience managing and successfully growing a customer base in a competitive market
- Prior experience selling business consumables and services, a technical sales background or experience in trade sales
- CRM experience, ideally good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 365
