You'll be the person to ensure that accounting standards are met, that the end-of-month closure is reliable and accurate, and that stakeholders can trust the financial insights you provide. It's work that has real visibility and impact across a wide, diverse network of stakeholders.Day-to-day, you'll manage and develop a team of four direct reports (plus broader support to three others), guide continuous process improvement, and translate complex financial information into clear, useful insights for non-financial stakeholders. It's a hands-on leadership role where your technical strength and ability to communicate will matter just as much as your people skills.What You'll Deliver:

Work side-by-side with leaders, turning numbers into insights that drive decisions
Review and support AP/AR, journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
Deliver accurate monthly reports and explain the story behind the numbers
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end to keep the business on track
Manage cost recovery and revenue streams across multiple entities
Spot variances early and give leaders clear, practical advice
Keep everything compliant with controls and organization policies
Make processes smarter and faster through improvements and automation
Play a key role in shaping and integrating finance systems
