Join a national leader in automated machinery and equipment solutions. This business supplies, installs, and maintains advanced industrial systems across commercial fleets, logistics hubs, fuel stations, and dealerships. Due to strong national demand and expanding contracts, they're now seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and deliver machinery projects across Australia.YOUR ROLE
This role is a hybrid mix of office-based planning and on-site coordination, ensuring national projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You will serve as the central link between field teams, clients, and management, scheduling and overseeing all stages from equipment delivery through to installation and compliance.🔹 Coordinate national machinery and equipment projects from planning to completion
🔹 Schedule deliveries, installations, and service appointments
🔹 Ensure the availability of tools, parts, and personnel for each project phase
🔹 Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates to leadership
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and audit requirements
🔹 Monitor budgets and flag cost variances early
🔹 Maintain detailed project documentation for reporting and inspections
🔹 Travel nationally as required to oversee site progress and manage client relationshipsWHAT'S ON OFFER
💰 $100K-$110K Base + Super = $115K-$121K+ Package
💼 Hybrid role - office-based planning and on-site coordination
✈️ National travel with expenses covered (as required)

✔️ Proven project coordination experience within machinery, equipment, or industrial systems
✔️ Background managing national, multi-site projects
✔️ Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✔️ Basic technical understanding of mechanical systems or industrial machinery
