Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.To do a great job, you'll need:
  • Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values
  • Experience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handling
  • Experience with PEG feeding, catheter care and bowel care a bonus but not necessary
  • Have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with client
  • Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives
  • Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals. For example, supporting our clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program
  • Full drivers licence and be willing and comfortable with driving clients vehicle
  • Willingness to work varied short shifts; day support including community access, in-home evening support with home duties required. We also need you to commit to ongoing shifts (more than twice weekly)
  • We are looking to support clients based in Bacchus Marsh
