This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created, business-critical position. Our client is looking for a proactive, client-facing Quality Manager to take full ownership of quality across the business. With a mix of commercial, industrial, and soon-to-launch multi-residential projects, they need someone who can ensure high standards from pre-start through to post-handover care.You'll be the go-to for both internal teams and external clients – running audits, facilitating training, and refining the company’s approach to quality to match their growing ambitions.The Company

With in-house design and development capabilities, they manage projects from concept to completion, offering clients a streamlined, end-to-end service. As they scale into the developer space with their own multi-residential projects, they’re tightening processes and hiring the right people to ensure things run smoothly. Quality is the next key focus area.What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and auditing quality across multiple sites and project teams
- Being the main point of contact for client-side quality and defect management
- Running project quality startup meetings, identifying high-risk trades, and managing ITPs
- Leading the defects process across DLP and post-handover periods
- Conducting subcontractor audits and quality training for staff
- Supporting teams with QMS documentation and submissions
- Implementing continual improvement strategies and quarterly audits
- Collaborating with project teams to identify and close out non-conformances
- Experience in a Quality Manager, Quality Advisor, Quality Engineer, Site Manager, or HSEQ role in the commercial construction space
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ITPs, and site audit procedures
- Are confident dealing directly with clients and project stakeholders
