A rare opening has emerged for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join a PE-backed, growth-focused organisation with a significant multi-site footprint. This role sits at the heart of operations, partnering with senior leaders to provide actionable insights, improve reporting, and influence commercial outcomes across the business.Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the management accounting function and act as a key commercial partner to operations. This role blends financial leadership, strategic business partnering, and continuous improvement, offering real scope to influence performance across the expanding business.Key Responsibilities:

Provide clear, simplified financial reporting and commercial analysis to senior and operational leaders
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning cycles across multiple sites
Mentor and develop finance teams, driving accountability and collaboration
Streamline reporting and processes, leveraging strong Excel and data skills
Support integration of new acquisitions and ongoing business growth initiatives

About You:

CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with proven Finance Manager-level experience
Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience, ideally in multi-site operations
Advanced Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills with ability to simplify insights for stakeholders
Experienced people leader, able to influence senior finance and operational stakeholders
Proactive, resilient, and outcome-focused
