
Sales Consultant - Small Agriculture Equipment

- Represent the company in selling small agricultural equipment within a designated geographic area.
- Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
- Implement regular call cycles and maintain comprehensive customer information in your territory.
- Monitors trends in customer business and competitors' activity/products
- Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management.
- Achieve sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, including but not limited to market share.
- Assist in organizing customer events and conduct field demonstrations of new equipment.
- Provide financing options to help customers purchase new and used equipment.
- Attends applicable sales training events/seminars.
- Timely communication of trends, activity, sales reports etc. to Management
- Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
- Proven ability to grow sales within a designated territory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Experience in sales or a solid understanding of agricultural equipment is an asset.
