- providing an exceptional standard of evidence-based, person-centred and outcome-focused positive behaviour support to your caseload of OCA participants in community settings
- providing mentorship that optimises individual potential and supports the team to thrive as practitioners whilst working collaboratively with the leadership group to optimise the quality of supports
- identifying, providing input, and implementing ongoing quality improvement opportunities for service delivery by OCA

- Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Degree level qualifications of relevance to providing support to people with behaviours of concern are highly preferred
