  • Manage Claims: Oversee a portfolio of personal injury claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
  • Assess Complex Information: Analyse medical, financial, and investigative reports to make informed decisions.
  • Drive Positive Outcomes: Implement effective strategies to achieve fair and cost-efficient claim outcomes.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with healthcare providers, employers, and internal teams for proactive case management.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism to support injured individuals and their support networks.
Your skills & Experience:
  • Experience in claims management, customer service, workers' compensation, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience—especially when working on sensitive cases.
  • Ability to interpret complex documents and make sound, fair decisions.
  • Qualifications in Psychology, Allied Health, or Rehabilitation are highly regarded but not essential.
