- Deliver Exceptional Service: Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism to support injured individuals and their support networks.
- Experience in claims management, customer service, workers' compensation, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience—especially when working on sensitive cases.
- Ability to interpret complex documents and make sound, fair decisions.
- Qualifications in Psychology, Allied Health, or Rehabilitation are highly regarded but not essential.
