- Fitting out and finishing all buildings ready for delivery
- Operating workshop machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting drawings to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Trade qualification in Sheet Metal Fabrication (or recognised equivalent)
- Strong understanding of workshop machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Forklift licence
- Dogman’s ticket
- White Card
- Driver’s licence
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivation, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
- Competent computer literacy and basic maths skills
- Capacity to follow processes and procedures consistently
