We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Equipment Services Specialist (Lube Truck Operator) – someone who takes pride in doing the job right, the first time, every time.In this field-based role, you’ll be the first line of defence in machine health – ensuring CAT equipment stays running strong across a wide range of customer sites. Carrying out high quality preventative maintenance servicing, routine inspections and minor repairs on customer equipment in the field
Completing required paperwork accurately and effectively (e.g. service reports and Cat inspect forms, time sheets, repair sheets, expense vouchers)
Providing quality customer service at all times
Minimising machine downtime and maximising productivity
ABOUT YOUYou are a trade qualified Technician/Mechanic with a strong customer service background in a similar environment.To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, qualifications and attributes:
Experience in servicing and/or repairing of automotive and/or earthmoving equipment
Highly developed communication skills
Self-motivated and team orientated
Proven ability to work unsupervised under all conditions
Willing to work overtime and be flexible
Have an agile way of thinking to get the best outcome for all involved
Ideally hold a Mid-Rigid license. If you don’t have one, we can help you and reimburse costs – conditions may apply)
