- Identify and pursue New Business opportunities to expand the client base within the NSW market, across both SMB and enterprise clients
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring outstanding Customer Experience and in turn retention and growth across all business lines
- Using data and insights to add value to key customers within the portfolio
- Using market research and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Provide quarterly account reviews for key customers
- Provide updates and reporting to senior leadership team on sales performance, market insights and growth opportunities
- Proven track record of success in business development and account management roles, preferably within the professional services space or related industry
- Strong understanding of the NSW market landscape with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A strategic thinker with a results driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a proactive solution orientated approach
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
