Your New Company/Role:As one of the established and renowned organisation, my client is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their team - due to remarkable growth. This is a 6 months temporary to permanent opportunity.About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:Reporting directly to a supportive and nurturing Accounts Team Leader, your main responsibilities are:

Processing of new, used and wholesale deals
Reconciliation of balance sheet reconciliations
Booking in new car deals/stocks
Payment of purchases
Organizing payments
Renewing registrations online
GL entries
Cash Banking reconciliation
General clerical duties including assisting the AR and AP areas when required
Correctly coding all expense items without Purchase Orders onto the invoice management system and passing them for Management approval
Ad-hoc finance administration tasks as required

Ideal ProfileTo contribute their valuable knowledge and experience within the Accounting function:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated related experience in similar position
Demonstrated knowledge and experience within accounts admin/officer function
Experience in large Accounting ERP systems - Pentana desirable but not required
Experience within automotive industry will be an added advantage
Intermediate Excel knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain ongoing effective relationships with stakeholders
Problem solving skills

Benefits

6 months temporary to permanent position
$33 - $38 per hour + Super (Based on experience)
5 days based in the office
