Based in our Brisbane CBD office, but with regular travel to sites, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, autonomy, and collaboration-ideal for a facilities management professional ready to elevate their career.Why this role?

  • Ensuring optimal performance and longevity of assets, plant, and equipment through proactive maintenance and lifecycle planning
  • Leading compliance efforts across essential services and risk management, aligned with Colliers' national standards
  • Collaborating with property management to oversee budget expenditure and financial planning
  • Procuring and negotiating service contracts, managing tenders and RFPs with precision
  • Delivering accurate expenditure and performance reports for monthly and quarterly client updates
  • Upholding OH&S standards through regular audits and legislative compliance reviews

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications (highly regarded but not essential)
  • A solid understanding of industry best practices, sustainability principles, and legislative compliance
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services and operations, with proven experience in risk management
