- Lead workforce transformation programs, including redesigning roles, structures, and processes.
- Lead business development activities including opportunity identification, qualification, and bid responses.
- Partner with Defence and Government stakeholders to align organisational strategies with their mission and priorities.
- Develop and implement workforce strategies that enhance capability, flexibility, and sustainability.
- Design and facilitate workshops and sessions with clients to identify challenges and co-create solutions.
- Provide thought leadership on trends and best practices in organisational design and workforce planning.
- Mentor and guide high performing consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.
- Proven experience in workforce or organisational design, ideally in consulting or Defence/Gov contexts.
- Strong, supportive, and impactful leadership skills in growing and maintaining a high performance team.
- Proven business development skills and commercial acumen.
- Strong project, risk, and financial management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of the Defence and Government sector is highly desirable.
- Security clearance is a must (or the ability to obtain one).
