Be Part of an Awesome ExperienceJoin Australia's largest marine and tourism companyAccess to a range of employee benefitsAbout the RoleOur Bus Driver - Tour Guides play an integral part of our Red Cat adventures experience The Marketing Specialist is to effectively and efficiently market the business to the Asian market, plus seek new and exciting business opportunities for our operations.Duties & responsibilities will include:

Increase direct sales
Optimise the website for maximum sales opportunities
Work alongside applicable Asian tourism bodies to successfully market the business
Develop an annual sales and marketing action plan and budget, covering both consumer & trade activities
Connect the business to payment platforms, booking agents and social media platforms
Build relationships with large Asian wholesale agencies
Manage digital assets including website and social media platforms
Develop entertaining & informative content, stories and images for social media, newsletters & blogs
Develop & conduct an Asian-based local, regional and state agents sales call cost-effective plans
Create innovative marketing strategies & prepare training material such as Powerpoint, promo videos, training videos and marketing collateral
Participate in tradeshows & sales call missions regional, interstate & international
Work alongside management to investigate & seek new business, especially in the Asian market

An annual salary of $70,942 will be offered to the successful incumbent.About YouYou will have an enthusiastic attitude, who enjoys being hands-on and strategic, is self-motivated to achieve goals, working in a dynamic & supportive team.The successful applicant will need the following:

Relevant Bachelor degree
4 years minimum experience in a similar role
Be fluent in Mandarin
Able to communicate with the Asian market
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
Valid Driver’s License
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Fun & friendly attitude
