We are looking for an experienced and detail-orientated Team Assistant to join an on-site client facing team who is a global leader in consumer electronics.The RoleReporting to the HRBP for the division, this role is based out of Sydney Olympic Park, and can be worked on either a full-time or 4-day per week basis. Key responsibilities for this role will include:
Provide efficient and effective support and coordination for the HR team, as well as a very high level of administration.
Reviewing expenses and approval
Handling internal communication between teams
Communicate and approve travel bookings
Ad-hoc HR administrative duties as directed by HRBP
