This firm has been in operation for many years and are very proud of their client base. The firm is modern, innovative and professional. The firm is led by a team of very personable, driven and knowledgable Directors and Managers.POSITIONDue to strong growth the position of Client Services Coordinator has been created.The role will involve the following:
  • Support the accounting team
  • Client relationship management
  • Managing workflow and deadlines
  • Liaising with the ATO and ASIC
  • Database management
  • Any other administrative duties as required
CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • 2+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
  • Experience with all facets of public practice administration
  • Experience with Xero and XPM would be highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be a team player
