- Developing and maintaining a review schedule for policies, procedures and guidelines;
- Supporting the Director of the National Office of Quality, Safety and Compliance in managing the corporate and clinical policies and procedures system;
- Document management of the organisation’s suite of policies, procedures, guidelines and forms including maintenance of the policies and procedures system;
- Drafting, reviewing and editing policies, procedures and guidelines from all areas of the business, including clinical care, human resources, finance and operations;
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure that policies, procedures and guidelines meet compliance, clinical and operational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree of experience in a relevant field (public policy, public health or similar)
- Highly developed communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of the aged care sector will be a massive bonus
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated IT skills including document management
- Good multitasking & time management skills
- National Police Certificate
- Full Working Rights in Australia
