Your New CompanyOur client is a global industrial manufacturing company who pride themselves on their cutting edge products and customer solutions. Based in Padstow, you will be joining a dynamic and inclusive organization that will go above and beyond to welcome you to the team.Your New RoleReporting to the Customer Service Team Leader who is known within the business for supportive management style and extensive knowledge. Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for:

Liaising with customers via phone and email
Log and update all information in the system correctly
Processing customer orders in a timely manner
Reviewing customer files to ensure that nothing has been missed
Data entry and ad hoc duties as required

About You

Previous Customer Service, Administration, Order Processing or similar experience
Prior SAP or Salesforce experience would be highly regarded
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
