- Analyse and document training requirements for operators and maintainers across multiple RAAF sites.

- Create practical exercises and assessment tools ensuring operational readiness across all user groups.
- Coordinate and deliver training across multiple RAAF sites in alignment with system installation schedules.
- Maintain and update training documentation throughout the system lifecycle, ensuring continued effectiveness into the future.
- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in training development, preferably in technical or defence environments.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex systems and translate technical information into effective training materials.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical content to diverse audiences.
- Understanding of integrated logistics support principles and training development methodologies.
- Experience in defence technology or military aviation environments.
- Knowledge of air traffic control systems or aviation operations.
- Previous experience developing training for large-scale system implementations.
