- Supporting the property team with end-to-end file management, from initial instructions through to
- Undertaking and reviewing property searches, land title checks and other relevant documentation for
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks with confidence.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and strong sense of accountability.
- Calm under pressure and are quick to adapt when things change unexpectedly.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong telephone manner to build positive and engaging relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Friendly, confident approach and enjoy being part of a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
