- Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Equipment Operation: Skills in setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting processing equipment, including wrapping machines.
- Quality Control: Experience in quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Diverse Equipment Handling: Familiarity with box filling, flow wrapping, or vertical form fill & seal bagging lines is a plus.
- Safety First: A strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Multi-Equipment Monitoring: Ability to operate and monitor augers, conveyors, seed cleaning, and milling equipment using software and physical checks.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Quality, GMP, HACCP, Hygiene, and Food Safety practices.
- Safety Maintenance: Maintain a safe workplace and follow OH&S standards.
- Productivity: Meet production targets while minimizing waste and contributing to waste reduction initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing maintenance issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
