Chandler Macleod are seeking reliable and efficient warehouse associates to join our team on the morning shift working as a Voice Picker in a TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT. You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end order fulfillment process, working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.The warehouse is located in Minchinbury and there is ample car parking available onsite.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Voice Picking - Pallet Rider MHE

Use a voice-directed picking system (headset) to receive real-time instructions.
Navigate aisles and accurately pick items for customer orders.
Report product or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
Maintain productivity targets while ensuring high accuracy and safety.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or palletising role preferred but not required.
Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods (up to 8-10 hours).
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using voice picking systems and handling repetitive tasks.
Available to work AM shifts and rostered across weekdays and weekends.

What We Offer

$42 per hour for the AM shift.
Must be available 5 days a week (including weekends)
On the job training provided
