Help us deliver some of Victoria’s most significant infrastructure projects and support SMEC’s impressive growth plans from our offices in Melbourne.Suitable applicants will be/have:

Design Manager –

Oversight of engineering design for projects and design packages to meet the requirements of the client and SMEC
Build and maintain strong and effective client relationships through targeted activities
Effective management and leadership of the Design team to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development
Project Manager –

Provide project management and/or project governance of projects to achieve reliable project performance in terms of sophistication, timeliness and quality
Build and maintain strong and effective client relationships through successful project delivery and targeted activities
Contribute to providing leadership to employees on the project to ensure project team cohesion, optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development
