Empowered by world-class resources and driven by purpose, they are united by a passion to make a real difference every day.The opportunity:We're hiring FIFO (Fly In / Fly Out) Dining Room Supervisors from Perth and nearby suburbs on a fulltime 14/7 roster.Working closely with the Catering Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day dining room service -while proudly upholding ISS's reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Competitive Annual Wage - $95,000 - $105,000 plus super

Key Duties
  • Implement and control the department budget.
  • Implement and review service standards.
  • Assist the Human Resources team in the recruitment and selection of team members.
  • Ensure effectiveness of training, performance evaluations and counselling of staff for the department.
  • Ensure a strong interface with Front Office and other managers as required.
  • Provide leadership, support and coordinate site staff in maintaining a customer focused and safe working environment.
To be considered:
  • Minimum 2yrs Food & Beverage operations management experience.
  • Proven experience in the management of high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.
  • Polished presentation and communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills are an essential requirement of the role as is a strong decision-making capability.
  • Lead by example and model behaviours that underpin a constructive safety culture.
  • Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
  • Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
  • Driver's License/ Photo ID required.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
